I’ve interviewed 200 several qualified graduates from 2023 till now and here’s my discovery…
And 80% of them throw away their job chances during interviews.

WHY YOU KEEP GETTING A “NO” FROM INTERVIEWERS & EMPLOYERS

See, I know what it feels like.

There’s no worse feeling than weeks gone into interview preparations and yet again…another NO.

Of course, it could be a Yes.
But these merciless employers & interviewers of nowadays have just about no pity to walk you out for any little mistake.

It only gets worse if you have few or no solid years of experience in your field.
I could go on and on about why and how I’ve seen interviewees flop their pitch/questions times without number.

But instead of boring you with such long talk…I’ll rather go straight to the point and show you the truth for what it is.

Where so many graduates are going wrong with interviews & how you can fix it.

But hold on…

Why should you even listen to whatever I have to say?

I’m Chinasa Korie, the founder of the Workready School → which has empowered over 100 graduates in the past 6 months with skills they’ve used to land high-paying jobs & gigs.

I worked as the first Head of Human Resources for Jumia Nigeria…and since then I’ve spent over 20 years in HR recruiting & training thousands of job applicants.

How many graduates have I interviewed over the years?
Can’t say a certain number cause it’s been a lot, I couldn’t really keep track.

Wouldn’t want to brag, but I am SHE…concerning jobs and the labor market.
20 years into this field is no joke, you’ll agree.

So I can proudly tell you I’ve seen any and every type of change in the labor market over the years, gained insights and more especially experience with interviews.

And that’s why the harsh truth is;

Just few graduates can sell themselves during interviews.

Selling yourself to an employer entails a lot.

When I say selling yourself, you might quickly think of quality dressing & grooming, being able to answer the questions correctly and a powerful certificate to match your portfolio too.

If all these come to your mind, you’re not wrong.
But it doesn’t make you right either.

…cause employers/interviewers of today give these things the least of attention.

To sell yourself during an interview, it takes 2 distinct things;

You see, selling yourself during an interview takes certain skillset.

It requires you answering questions with a planned technique…

You need to make the company see the reason to invest in you, and what they’ll gain from it.

There’s also a skill called Negotiation

If you don’t have it, you’ll settle for any salary they offer when you can actually make a bargain and go for more.

Do you know you also have to ask questions during interviews?

They interview you. You interview them.
Many graduates who don’t ask or know what to ask the interviewers…

…most times end up losing the job, because it just shows a lack of seriousness.

And you see confidence?

It goes with the skills you’ve built.

To stand out from the several graduates who are also as eager and ready to land that job…you need guts.

Confidence is the one thing to convince any employer “you’re just the guy they’re looking for”

Confidence. Skill. That’s all you need to land the dream job you’ve craved for.

But I know you must’ve tried so many things to get better at interviews.
You’ve poured your heart and soul into years of education, aced exams, and finally graduated.

Or maybe it’s been a while since you left the workforce…
2 years, 5 years because of children?

Stay at home mom who’s putting in her best to turn around and take back her work-life with full force?
I know the struggle.

I told you who I am earlier but I didn’t say everything.

Listen, I’m a Mom of 3 and as an early graduate I struggled…scratch that.
I suffered to get a reasonable job.
It was hell, pain and frustration in the same 3 years.

But it wasn’t until I discovered the basics of Interviews…I started putting 1+1 together and figuring out that we ( Africans) most times don’t even understand/answer questions well.

Even if you answer well, you might still have nothing to offer.
If you have 10 years of experience and can’t show it from your tone of voice and answers towards certain questions… you’re not getting the job.

And that’s why I agreed that you might’ve tried everything to get better at Interviews…

But YouTube & Random Interview Guides on the Internet can't teach you what you need to know.

I know, I’ve seen it all. You probably have.

So-called masters of the art and “Gurus” of interviews on YouTube trying to teach you 101 tips for successful interviews.

What most people forget is…

First of all, a high percentage of these YT creators are white (or foreigners)… Meaning what they teach might not really work for you, a Nigerian/ African looking for a job here.

Their standards, ways of reasoning and patterns of interviews are different.

Following their method is only setting yourself up.
And most of them are graduates who’ve got little or no experience in the labor industry.

A guy who landed a good job after 7 months of trying… has become a guru in his eyes.

I don’t want to call names.

The problem is, he/she then goes on to teach the strategy to countless other graduates who’s got different situations, environments, fields and time range.

Exactly. You see why none of those 70 questions–35 tips– won’t work for you.

Would you rather listen to 2-year grads who’s just managed to pass a no-brainer interview once or twice?

OR
Someone who’s interviewed several thousands of graduates over the years and willing to pass on the secrets of employers & interviewers like us? -; Me?

I know what your answer is. And be rest assured people who’ve chosen my mentorship have a lot to say.

Here’s some of them;

Shade, a fresh graduate who landed her first-ever internship through this program…

Felix a graduate who’s been into the labor market struggling with little pay, meagre jobs…until he enrolled in the ESP ;

Moyo, also landed a 6-figure job through the skills she learned in the ESP;

Grace, a stay-at-home mom got a job as a V.A. after a week of joining the ESP cohort…

I landed a job after reaching out to an employer after seeing his post about his unorganized mails…I’ve just learnt about email marketing & management in the ESP cohort, so I reached out.

Was so shocked when he agreed to consider my resume and now I’m working as his Virtual assistant.

All thanks to Nasa’s program.

~Grace.

I can help you achieve same. And even more.
But you see, there’s only one problem.

My fees are "expensive"…

I’ve heard people scream after giving them the price for a consultation session.

And I don’t think it’s that high, but for the average African, $175 ~ N250,000 is quite a huge sum of money…

And I totally get that.
They’re also some people who’re ready to ace their next interview by any possible means. And that’s why I still have one-on-one clients who pay such.

But I wouldn’t want to leave everyone out…. even you, considering the reason you’re here is because you want more.

You want more than the garbage on the Internet and really want to land you dream job as soon as possible.

I want the same for you.
And as we speak, I’m already creating a means for you to master the technique to winning interviews through the Workready School.

To sum it up, the A-Z of interviews is what you’ll receive.

All these even after the program…

But what will it cost you to be a part of this program?

Going by my usual fees for one on one clients and graduates…this program should cost you a fortune.

…especially considering what’s contained in the ILP program.
N50,000/ ($33) is just a fair price to be honest.
Just fair, because you know it’s fair on all fairgrounds of fairness’ sake, right?

It’s practically the best price I had in mind, if not for the reconsideration of the Workready Team.
Unfortunately, you won’t even need to think of anything close to that amount.

Because the course is only launching on the first of May, you can only get the pre-order tickets now.

You can get the pre-order tickets straight away if you have a minimum of just $8 to spare…

 $33 ≈ N50,000

$8.5 ≈ N12,000

It can range from few weeks to months. It depends on your circumstances, willingness and your field plus the kind of job you want.

If only and only if you apply everything the program teaches you.
